We commit to providing our individuals with a safe & caring environment in which the focus is on them, not their disability, through person-centered planning & services. We encourage our residents to make individual choices while maintaining a positive relationship with their family and the community.

We commit to providing services and supports that are developed for the individual based on their needs, wants, and desires instead of “fitting” them into current services and programs.

It is truly our desire to see EVERY individual live as independently as possible and live the lives they desire to live so through team effort, we commit to developing a plan that will recognize the person’s desires, interests, wants, and dreams.
